Point solution vendors offer single-use-case healthcare services to manage healthcare cost, access, and quality. Many purchasers utilize between four and nine such vendors. With so many point solutions operating simultaneously, it is difficult for an employer to isolate, analyze, and evaluate the benefits of any single intervention, or identify which solution(s) are providing the expected return on investment.
